• You attend a free consultation and get an honest assessment of whether you're a good candidate

• If you decide to go ahead, we book your surgery date — no deposit, no upfront payment

• You pay in full only on the day of your procedure

Why we do it this way:

A hair transplant is a big decision, and we think you should be able to take the time you need to research, compare, and be certain — without a deposit sitting there creating pressure to go ahead before you're ready. It also means the only way we get paid is by actually doing the work well enough that you choose to show up on the day.

What this means for you:

•No financial risk if you change your mind before surgery

•No chasing refunds, because there's nothing to refund

•Freedom to get a second opinion elsewhere without losing money

Do I need to pay anything at consultation? No — consultations are free, and no payment is taken until the day of surgery.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Since no deposit has been taken, there's nothing to lose by rescheduling — just give us as much notice as you can so we can offer your slot to another patient.
