A no-deposit booking means that suitable patients do not have to pay money upfront simply to reserve surgery. The consultation and clinical planning come first, followed by a written treatment plan and confirmed price.

This gives you time to understand the procedure, ask questions and consider whether treatment is right for you before a financial commitment is made.

2. Your hair loss, donor area, medical history and treatment goals are assessed.
3. The clinic explains whether surgery is suitable and which procedure fits your case.
4. Your treatment area, likely graft requirement and expected coverage are discussed.
5. You receive a written treatment plan and confirmed price.
6. If you decide to proceed, your surgery date can be booked without an upfront deposit, subject to written confirmation.
7. Payment is made on the day of surgery according to the agreed terms.

No deposit still requires a full assessment

No deposit does not mean an automatic booking. The donor area, medical history, graft numbers, procedure type and treatment cost must still be reviewed before a surgery date is confirmed.

Not every patient will be suitable for surgery. If the donor supply, pattern of hair loss or medical history does not support a responsible treatment plan, surgery should not be booked simply because a no-deposit option is available.

What Is Assessed Before You Book?

The consultation must establish whether a hair transplant is suitable before a procedure date is agreed. No-deposit booking does not replace clinical assessment or careful planning.

Hair loss and donor-area assessment

The pattern and likely progression of your hair loss are reviewed alongside the density, quality and available supply in the donor area. This helps determine whether enough grafts can be taken safely.

• Donor-area density and hair characteristics
• Scalp condition and previous surgery
• Medical history and current medication
• Likely graft requirement and realistic coverage

Procedure and design planning

The consultation should explain which procedure fits your case and why. This may involve discussing FUE, DHI or FUT.

Hairline shape, crown coverage, graft distribution and donor management should be discussed before the procedure is booked. The agreed design must reflect your donor supply and long-term pattern of hair loss.

Written cost and booking terms

You should receive a clear treatment price before accepting a surgery date. Payment timing, rescheduling expectations and any other booking terms should also be confirmed in writing.

Procedure Prices and No-Deposit Booking

No deposit changes when payment is taken. It does not automatically reduce the price of the procedure. Your final cost still depends on graft numbers, treatment area, donor characteristics, technique and complexity.

FUE hair transplant

Suitable patients can discuss no-deposit FUE booking once the donor area, graft requirement, treatment area and written price have been confirmed.

DHI hair transplant

DHI suitability is assessed before booking because the placement method, graft numbers and procedure time must fit the treatment plan.

FUT hair transplant

FUT may be discussed when it suits the donor characteristics and graft requirement. The expected linear donor scar, recovery and price must be understood before treatment is agreed.

Hairline and crown transplants

Hairline procedures require design and graft-density planning. Crown procedures require assessment of the size of the area, the whorl pattern and the amount of donor hair that can be committed responsibly.

Beard and eyebrow transplants

Facial-hair procedures require careful planning of shape, direction, angle and donor-hair selection. The graft requirement and written price are confirmed before no-deposit booking is agreed.

What No Deposit Does Not Mean

No-deposit booking should not be confused with automatic suitability, rushed treatment or a guaranteed result. A responsible assessment is still required before surgery is agreed.

• It does not mean every patient is suitable for surgery.
• It does not replace a consultation or donor-area assessment.
• It does not guarantee a fixed price before graft planning.
• It does not remove the need to follow written booking terms.
• It does not guarantee a particular density or growth timeline.
• It does not mean that surgery should be rushed.

Payment remains due

No deposit means that an upfront booking payment is not required for suitable patients under the scheme. The agreed treatment cost remains payable on the day of surgery under the written terms.

Changing or rescheduling your appointment

Contact the clinic as early as possible if you cannot attend. Although there may be no deposit to refund, the surgical team and treatment facilities have still been reserved for your procedure.

No-deposit booking and finance are different

A no-deposit booking means payment is made on the day of surgery. Finance is a separate credit arrangement that divides an agreed balance into repayments. If you need finance, discuss this separately during your consultation.
